Pork price list for January

Whole pig - approx. 40-60 kg @ £9.00/kg (av. £360) *Contact us for cutting/jointing preferences

Half pig - approx. 20-25kg @ £9.00/kg (av. £180) *Contact us for cutting/jointing preference
Roasting joints, Loin Chops, Belly Pork, Diced Pork, Ribs, Liver, Kidneys. (Shoulder - either whole or in half, Leg - either whole or in half, Belly - for roasting or spare ribs, Loin - as roasting joints or Chops, Liver  & Kidneys).  Optional – Head & Trotters

Quarter pig - approx. 10-15kg @£9.00/kg (av. £90.00)
Roasting joints, Hand of Pork, Belly of Pork, Chops. (Shoulder joint - half, Leg joint - half, Belly - half (for roasting or spare ribs), Loin - half (as roasting or Chops), Liver).

Freezer pack - approx. 6-7.5kg @ £9.00/kg (av. £54.00)
